1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LA to Southbay Notary & Testing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

LA to Southbay Notary & Testing provides mobile notary, apostille, and DNA testing services. Services are available by appointment only and subject to availability.

3. Payment & Fees

• Payment must be made in full before services are rendered.
• Any additional fees, including travel, expedited services, or administrative charges, will be disclosed prior to the appointment.
• Partial payments and deposits are non-refundable.

4. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
• Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 fee.
• Non-invasive prenatal DNA test cancellations will incur a $225 non-refundable fee.
• LA to Southbay Notary & Testing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. No Guarantees on Test Results

• Estimated test completion times are provided but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• LA to Southbay Notary & Testing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party laboratories.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide valid identification for notary services.
• Clients must ensure all required documents are available at the time of service.
• Failure to comply with instructions may result in rescheduling or service denial.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

• LA to Southbay Notary & Testing respects client confidentiality and follows applicable privacy laws.
• Client information will not be shared without consent except as required by law.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• LA to Southbay Notary & Testing is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from DNA test results or notarized documents.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.

9. Changes to Terms

LA to Southbay Notary & Testing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
